Cogent Rehab Pricing Guideline
At Cogent Rehab, every appointment—assessment or treatment—is delivered one-on-one with a highly trained physiotherapist for the entire session. There are no assistants, no overlapping patients, and occasional machine-based passive treatment routines. Your time is dedicated exclusively to you.

This model of care is different from many clinics that provide only 10–15 minutes of direct physiotherapy and fill the rest of the time with heat, IFC, ultrasound, or exercise handed off to an assistant. While those clinics may appear less expensive, patients often require more visits, more time, and more trial-and-error before seeing meaningful improvement.

At Cogent Rehab, you receive:

One-On-One Advanced Care
-
Every minute of your session is with a clinician-researcher physiotherapist with specialized training in Ortho/MSK, Sports, Vestibular, Concussion, TMJ, Neuro, Amputee, and Pediatric rehabilitation.
Longer, More Comprehensive Sessions
-
Our 45- and 60-minute treatments address the root cause of your problem—not just the symptoms—so you progress faster and need fewer appointments overall.
Premium-Level Specialty Expertise
-
Programs like concussion rehab, vestibular physiotherapy, TMJ treatment, amputee rehab, pediatric therapy, and neurological rehabilitation require additional postgraduate training. These services are rarely offered at lower-cost clinics and are priced accordingly across the industry.
A Transparent Flat-Rate Structure
We use consistent, predictable pricing based on time with appropriate adjustments for managing single versus multiple health systems, cognitive burden, potential for fatigue and patient response to assessment tasks:

-
30 minutes – $100
-
45 minutes – $140
-
60 minutes – $180
-
75 minutes - $180 minimum (Used for complex assessments)
For context, most clinics with complete one-on-one follow-up sessions charge ~$98 per 30 minutes, meaning a 60-minute treatment costs $196—higher than our rate of $180 for 60-minutes. Some completly avoid charging outside the 30-minute time slot which means you do not get a tailored treatment approach based on the compelxity of your health condition.

This means Cogent Rehab remains in line with or below the most reputable premium clinics in the GTA, while providing highly individualized care.

Better Outcomes = Better Value
Patients consistently report:
-
Fewer total visits
-
Faster return to work/sport
-
Improved long-term function
-
Deeper understanding of their condition
-
Stronger self-management skills
The result is a more effective, more efficient, and more empowering rehabilitation experience.

In short:
-
Our fees reflect the quality, time, and expertise you receive.
-
You’re not paying for time in a room—you’re paying for meaningful progress, better outcomes, and rehabilitation that respects your time and your goals.
