Summer Youth Sports Performance Program in Burlington
Help your child build strength, balance, movement quality, coordination, and confidence this summer with physiotherapist-led youth sports performance programs at Cogent Physical Rehabilitation Center in Burlington.
Our summer group programs are designed for active kids and teens who want to move better, train smarter, and build stronger foundations for sport. Each session follows a structured 5-station circuit format with age-appropriate progressions, small-group coaching, and a strong focus on movement quality, injury resilience, and athletic confidence.
Physiotherapist-Led Sports Performance Programs for Kids and Teens
At Cogent Rehab, our youth sports programs are led by a physiotherapist and designed to bridge the gap between athletic development and clinical reasoning. This means families benefit from:
-
small-group training with stronger attention to movement quality
-
thoughtful progression for growing athletes
-
better consideration of previous injuries or current concerns
-
support for return-to-sport confidence
-
optional one-to-one screening and physiotherapy assessment
Our goal is not just to make young athletes work harder. It is to help them move better, build confidence, and develop stronger physical foundations for sport and activity.

The Youth Athletic Development Group may be a great fit for multi-sport athletes or as an overflow/flex option.
